RAISING STANDARDS
BUILDING TRUST.

Complaints & Appeals

CPD Trustmark Credential is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent accreditation process.

We provide a clear procedure for both providers and learners to raise concerns or request a review of decisions.

Appeals Process (For Providers)

If you wish to appeal an accreditation decision:

  • Submit your appeal in writing within 14 days

  • Provide supporting information or clarification

  • Our team will review the case independently

You will receive a response within a reasonable timeframe following review.

Complaints Process (For Learners or Third Parties)

If you have concerns regarding an accredited provider:

  • Submit details of your complaint via email

  • Include relevant evidence where possible

  • We will review the matter and assess whether standards have been met

Where necessary, this may lead to further review of the provider’s accreditation status.

Our Commitment

We aim to:

  • Handle all complaints fairly and objectively

  • Maintain confidentiality where appropriate

  • Take action where standards are not upheld

Protecting Learners Through Standards

CPD Trustmark Credential is committed to promoting high-quality learning experiences.

Our accreditation process is designed not only to support training providers, but also to protect learners by ensuring courses meet defined standards.

Why This Matters for Learners

Accredited courses have been reviewed to ensure:

  • Clear and structured learning content

  • Relevant and accurate information

  • Defined learning outcomes

  • Professional course delivery

This helps learners make informed decisions when choosing training.

Why This Matters for Employers

For employers, CPD Trustmark accreditation provides reassurance that:

  • Training meets recognised standards

  • Learning outcomes are clearly defined

  • Courses contribute to professional development

This supports workforce development and training quality.

Our Role

While we do not regulate training providers, we provide an independent layer of quality assurance through structured accreditation and ongoing review.
