BUILDING TRUST.
Complaints & Appeals
CPD Trustmark Credential is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent accreditation process.
We provide a clear procedure for both providers and learners to raise concerns or request a review of decisions.
Appeals Process (For Providers)
If you wish to appeal an accreditation decision:
-
Submit your appeal in writing within 14 days
-
Provide supporting information or clarification
-
Our team will review the case independently
You will receive a response within a reasonable timeframe following review.
Complaints Process (For Learners or Third Parties)
If you have concerns regarding an accredited provider:
-
Submit details of your complaint via email
-
Include relevant evidence where possible
-
We will review the matter and assess whether standards have been met
Where necessary, this may lead to further review of the provider’s accreditation status.

Handle all complaints fairly and objectively
-
Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
-
Take action where standards are not upheld
